The Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS), a statewide professional organization, exists for the purpose of supporting, improving and enhancing the profession, its members, and the practice of land surveying. PSLS focuses on providing education, legislative involvement, enhancing public awareness, and the promulgation of the ethics of the profession.

Virtual Seminar: Boundary Litigation 

Presented by: Knud E. Hermansen, P.L.S., P.E., Ph.D., Esq.

April 24, 2024 from Noon - 2PM

Many surveyors will be involved in boundary litigation as an expert witness. For those surveyors without experience as an expert witness, boundary litigation can be a stressful experience. Even surveyors with experience may wish to improve their testimony and be more credible and persuasive. This workshop will explain boundary litigation and the surveyor’s role in litigating boundaries.
