PSLS Webinar Policies
The expected amount of Professional Development Hours (PDH) to be awarded will be specified on the PSLS website and/or in the announcement e-mail. PSLS follows the guidelines of one PDH being equivalent to 50 minutes of instruction. Certificates are distributed via e-mail a few days after the webinar is complete. Certificates are only awarded to those who registered, paid, and participated in the full webinar. While watching webinars as a group is permitted, only those attendees who registered, paid, and logged in for the entire webinar can be awarded certificates.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment must be made in full upon registration and an e-mail receipt will be sent immediately after registration. Cancellation requests must be submitted by e-mailing or calling PSLS Headquarters. Registrations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the webinar will receive a full refund less a $5 processing fee. PSLS is not responsible for technical difficulties encountered by participants related to their hardware and software. Participants are encouraged to check the FAQ to determine if their hardware and software is compatible. If a technical difficulty is experienced with the webinar service provider and/or speaker, PSLS will strive to make arrangements to offer the webinar at another date and time and/or issue full refunds. Schedules, presenters, and programs are subject to change without notice.
