The conference provides a forum for Pennsylvania 811 stakeholders (excavators, designers, facility owners, project owners, public officials, emergency responders, and other excavation professionals) to exchange information and promote protection of Pennsylvania's critical underground infrastructure throughout the state. The daylong conference begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM. The keynote speaker is Brad Livingston who will talk about how one wrong choice on the worksite can result in a lifetime of regret.
