The PSLS Northeast Chapter will hold a Creation and Termination of Easements seminar on April 25, 2015, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the Penn State Wilkes-Barre Campus.

Location: Penn State University Wilkes-Barre Campus, Lehman, PA.  Fortinsky Auditorium, T-101 in The Bell Center for Technology on Nittany Drive (Directions below)

Your certificate will be issued at the end of the seminar for 4 hours, (4 PDH’s)

Cancellations:  Upon notification of a cancellation, fees will be applied for future seminars sponsored by the Northeast Chapter of the PSLS.

Late Registrations and/or Walk-ins will be accepted if seats are still available.

Presenter: D. Robert Davidson, Esq., PLS
Served as corporate council for AgChoice Farm Credit Agricultural Credit Association providing legal support to Pennsylvania’s largest agricultural lender. He also served as the Association’s Standards of Conduct Official responsible for ensuring compliance with Association, Board of Directors and staff ethical responsibilities. Previously served as Special Assistant to the Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture and Chief of Land Use and Natural Resources for the Department of Agriculture where he worked with the permitting of agricultural facilities, Right to Farm and ACRE laws, and the State’s Agricultural Conservation Easement Purchase Program. Represented the Department on the State Planning Board, Transportation Advisory Committee, Interagency Land Use Committee and Statewide Water Resources Committee.  Prior to joining the Department, Mr. Davidson worked in zoning, planning and code  enforcement for rural local government and as a surveyor and project manager for a civil engineering firm. Certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as a Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO), is a Pennsylvania licensed Attorney and Land Surveyor (PLS), and is recognized as a Certified Planner by the American Planning Association (AICP).

Directions: The main entrance to the Penn State Wilkes-Barre campus is at the intersection of Old Route 115 and University Drive in Lehman, PA. Unfortunately, different maps applications require different addresses to be put in for the destination. Please see below:
