Date: April 16, 2014

Time: Noon

Attendance limited to the first 95 registrants.

Description: Surveyors often rely on unrecorded documents. In some cases, the best, most useful, or only information available are unrecorded documents. In other cases, there is a conflict between recorded documents and unrecorded documents. This seminar will discuss analysis and procedures to use unrecorded documents, evidentiary value, admissibility, credibility, and weight of the information in unrecorded documents.
