OUR EXHIBIT HALL HAS BEEN A SMASH HIT FOR YEARS!
Showing off its unstoppable appeal and massive demand, our exhibit hall is packed with displays and demos of the latest and greatest in surveying technology, instruments, software, and support services.
For the past several years, our conference has drawn about 600 participants from across the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its surrounding states. Like years prior, the dining and exhibit hall will be combined, giving exhibitors about 24 hours of exposure to all attendees and frequent opportunities to engage with them and other leaders of the profession.
To increase Exhibit Hall traffic, we're introducing Commonwealth Cash! Each exhibitor will get Commonwealth Cash, and it goes to conference attendees. You get to choose both who you give the Commonwealth Cash to and how many bills you give them. Attendees will be able to redeem certain Commonwealth Cash bills marked with invisible ink for cash and other prizes with the Commonwealth Cashier.

Group Rate Cut-Off: Make your room reservation prior to Monday, December 28th, 2026. After this date, room prices may increase and/or rooms may not be available.
Reservations: Make online reservations by clicking here or scanning the QR code below. Use passcode PSLS2027! If it shows no availability, make sure you search using the correct dates.
Reservations may also be made by calling the hotel directly at 855-729-3108; ask for the PSLS 2027 room block. Hotel reservations over the phone can be made seven days a week from 8AM – 8PM.
Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking.

Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted until November 30 with a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted after November 30, 2026. All payments must be made in U.S. currency.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the 2027 PSLS Surveyors’ Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to PSLS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image in photographs.
