Group Rate: $173.00 plus 11% taxes (Single/Double)

Group Rate Cut-Off: Make your room reservation prior to Thursday, December 12, 2025. After the December 12 deadline, the hotel will continue to offer the discounted rate as long as plenty of rooms are available. If rooms become limited, they cannot honor the discounted rate, and rooms will be full price.
Reservations: Until December 12 you can make online reservations by clicking here (The link does NOT work in the Internet Explorer browser). After December 12, reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly at 855-729-3108; ask for the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors room block/discounted rate. Hotel reservations over the phone can be made seven days a week from 8AM – 8PM.
Credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at time of booking.

Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted until November 30 with a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted after November 30, 2025. All payments must be made in U.S. currency.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the 2026 PSLS Surveyors’ Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to PSLS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image in photographs.
