As we move toward the summer months, it appears that Pennsylvania surveyors are busier than ever. PSLS committees continue to meet regularly and remain active on many important initiatives. The Education Committee is working diligently on the 2027 Conference and future educational programs. The Bylaws Committee has been providing model bylaws for chapters to adopt if they do not already have them in place. Our Legislative Committee continues to keep us informed on development

This year, as I watched the retailers jump from Halloween directly to Christmas, I was determined not to skip Thanksgiving and do something during our family get-together that would be more meaningful and memorable. President's Remarks - Summer 2025
Wow! How fast did this year's first five (5) months go by? Since I penned the last article, things have continued to be busy. During the last weekend in March, I was asked to volunteer as a judge for the 2025 ASCE Mid-Atlantic East & West Student Symposium surveying competition. Eight (8) schools competed against one another in plat and field competitions. The field competition had four (4) parts: pacing, leveling, stakeout, and pipeline. The experience was fantastic. T
